Sara Marquart is the CTO and co-founder, together with her brother Max, of QOA, the world’s first cocoa-free chocolate company. Before starting QOA, she was the Principal Scientist for Atomo Coffee, a Seattle-based startup and developed molecular coffee without the coffee bean. Prior to that, she was the Curator for the „Cosmos Coffee“ exhibition at the Deutsches Museum, that is now a globally touring exhibition. She is holding a PhD in food chemistry.
