Mischa has been a programmer, software engineer, architect, consultant and international project leader for more than 25 years. He is now the CTO and co-founder at Rocky Robots Ltd., a company that is dedicated to maximize potential with AI and currently building a leadership coaching app that helps to sharpen soft skills through daily AI conversations. He has a background in Swiss insurance industry, then changed to a Swiss startup company specialized in mobile computing solutions before he spent 10 years in his birth country, South Korea. That’s where he co-founded Rocky Robots Ltd. with his co-founder Harry Novic. The participation at Techstars/BSH Future Home acceleration program 2019 brought them to Munich where they decided to stay thanks to the exciting startup ecosystem.
