Herbert Mangesius is founding member of Vito Ventures - Germany’s first and only early-stage frontier tech VC. As Alumni of the Center for Digital Technology and Management (CDTM) he engages in digital models and products for more than a decade. He has been researcher at leading European Institutes in Paris, Louvain, and Munich at the intersection of engineering science, physics and cybernetics. During the last two years he as been instrumental in scaling the Daho.am deep tech conference. Lately, he founded the 1E9 Denkfabrik together with the former WIRED Germany team to bring back high quality, innovative tech journalism to the German-speaking geographies.
