Christine Betz is the CSO (Chief Sustainability Officer) of BSH Hausgeräte GmbH, a world-leading home appliance manufacturer.
She has more than 20 years’ experience and extensive expertise in various management functions within the automotive industry whereof more than 10 years she dedicated to the area of sustainability.
Prior to joining BSH in 2021, Christine Betz was Vice President Sustainability at ZF Friedrichshafen AG where she has developed, lead and implemented ZF Group’s ambitious global sustainability strategy. Before that she was Director of Corporate Compliance at the ZF Friedrichshafen AG responsible not only for sustainability but also for politics and external affairs.
In addition, she brings longstanding experience in the areas of strategy, mergers & acquisitions and quality management also within ZF Friedrichshafen AG.
Christine Betz studied business administration at the University of Cooperative Education in Ravensburg and graduated with a master’s degree before she entered ZF Friedrichshafen AG as a Trainee.
