As an attorney-at-law I spent the last 16 years advising multi-national Corporates as in-house legal counsel and Chief Compliance Officer in various industries, such as aviation and inflight services, construction and fastening technologies, and the white goods sector. I joined BSH, one of the world’s leading companies in its industry and the largest home appliance manufacturer in Europe, as General Counsel in 2013 where I am leading the global legal and compliance team and am responsible for the group’s Enterprise Risk Management and Internal Controls Systems. In addition, I serve on the group’s Digital Business Board that deals with the selection and funding of new digital business models and decides about BSH’s start-up investments and collaboration. I am passionate about high performance teams and enjoy taking part in shaping the future of the company.
