Alexander Ohrt arbeitete als Journalist in Kiel, Hamburg und New York City bevor er bei der Stiftung Louisenlund Koordinator für Öffentlichkeitsarbeit wurde. Später setzte er seine erste Gründung namens fraguru, eine Philosophieplattfrom, die Lernen mit intrinsischer Motivation verinden und Schullandschaft revolutionieren sollte, in den Sand. Als Mitgründer des unabhängigen Bildungsträgers opencampus.sh lernte er daraus. Neben dem Coworkingspace starterkitchen.de entstand unter https://edu.opencampus.sh ein offenes Bildungsprogramm, von bis zu 50 zukunftskillsorientierten Kursen pro Jahr für knapp 1000 Teilnehmer:innen, unabhängig von Alter, Herkunft oder Bildungsabschluss. Das Waterkant Festival bietet seit 2016 unter dem Dach von opencampus.sh den spannendsten Gründer:innen, Speaker:innen und Mittelständler:innen aus Nordeuropa eine Bühne. Und wieder geht es um die Frage: was wäre, wenn Lernen Spaß machen würde?

Later, he royally messed up his first startup called fraguru, a philosophy platfrom that was supposed to connect learning with intrinsic motivation and revolutionize the school landscape. As co-founder of the independent education cluster opencampus.sh, he learned from this. In addition to the coworking space starterkitchen.de, an open educational program of up to 50 future skills-oriented courses per year was created at https://edu.opencampus.sh for nearly 1000 participants, regardless of age, origin or educational background. Since 2016, the Waterkant Festival has been offering a stage to the most exciting founders, speakers and medium-sized companies from Northern Europe under the umbrella of opencampus.sh. And once again, it’s all about the question: what if learning were fun?
