Dr. Glätzle has a background in atomic physics and quantum computation, developed during his PhD where he worked on novel quantum computing architectures with ultracold atoms. He worked as a PostDoc at the Oxford University and as a Senior Researcher at the Centre for Quantum Technologies in Singapore.
In a previous role for a leading European consulting firm, he was part of the Applied Blockchain Team providing future-proof solutions for the banking and insurance industry, the mobility and transportation sector and for the energy and manufacturing industry.
As CEO and Co-Founder of planqc he accelerates the world’s transition to quantum computing by developing a full-stack quantum computing platform based on ultracold atoms enabling business to leverage the full potential of quantum computing.
