Osama Atwi

Osama Atwi is studying aerospace engineering at the Technical University in Munich. He completed his bachelor’s degree at the University in Stuttgart, where he gained experience in VTOL (vertical take-off and landing) machines and lightweight structures. He has received the Deutschlandstipendium sponsored by Airbus Helicopters in 2019 and 2020. Osama is interested in „Advanced Air Mobility“ especially sustainability in aviation, novel propulsion systems and new concepts. He joined HORYZN in 2021 and is currently responsible for the Project Management Subteam. HORYZN „Prototyping the Aerospace of Tomorrow“ is a student initiative at TUM that focuses on the development of new technologies in aviation. HORYZN is currently working on the project „Mission Pulse“ to deliver defibrillators with VTOL machines.
