Martin Schichtel

Dr. Martin Schichtel promovierte als Dipl. Chemiker im Bereich Nanotechnologie und befasst sich mit diesem Gebiet, im Rahmen der Materialentwicklung, seit 1996. Am Leibnitzinstitut für neue Materialien durchlief er mehrere Stufen und leitete, kurz vor dem Wechsel in die Industrie, die Abteilung Keramik. Die Materialentwicklung, aber gerade auch die Schnittstelle zum Sales war das Kernthema seiner Tätigkeiten bei der ItN Nanovation AG. Im Laufe der Arbeiten und Tätigkeiten beschäftigte er sich intensiv mit den Themen der Keramik- und Stahlherstellung, was letztendlich in der Gründung der Kraftblock GmbH endete.

Dr. Martin Schichtel received his doctorate as a chemist in the field of nanotechnology and has been working in this area, within the framework of materials development, since 1996. At the Leibnitz Institute for New Materials he went through several stages and, shortly before moving into industry, headed the Department of Ceramics. Material development, but especially the interface to sales, was the core topic of his activities at ItN Nanovation AG. In the course of his work and activities, he dealt intensively with the topics of ceramics and steel production, which ultimately resulted in the founding of Kraftblock GmbH.
