Lynn Zoenen

Lynn is a Principal and the Managing Director of the VC fund Alpine Space Ventures.

Previous to investing into sustainable NewSpace businesses in connectivity and data, Lynn built her career in the NewSpace industry, co-founding Moonarch, an incubator and accelerator of NewSpace technologies based on terrestrial technologies from different industries and disciplines ranging from oil & gas to telecommunications, robotics and navigation and leading the European business development & sales activities of the Japanese space exploration startup ispace. Lynn built the company’s public and private European payload sales pipeline, established joint technology development partnerships with non-space companies across different industries and coordinated all major activities shared between the engineering and business teams. In addition, Lynn served as the Chair of the technical team of the Hague international Space Resources Working Group which fulfilled its primary mission to draft a governance framework for space resources for the United Nations Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space.

Before joining the space industry, Lynn advised the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce on space matters as Strategy & Economic Advisor and acted as Luxembourg’s advisor to the World Economic Forum.

Lynn serves as a member of the Management Board of Luxinnovation, Luxembourg’s National Agency for Innovation and Research and holds a Bachelor degree in Economics and a Master degree in International Political Economy from King’s College London.
